2.2 Venue
The Main Summit will be hosted at Risemount Premier Resort Da Nang, 120 Nguyen Van Thoai Street, Ngu Hanh Son Ward, Da Nang, Vietnam. Side events on May 26 and 27, 2026 may be held at the same or at other venues in Da Nang. Venue details for each session will be communicated through official channels.
2.3 The EMpower Founders Residency is a separate program
The EMpower Founders Residency (running from approximately May 4 to 29, 2026 under sqrDAO and Lisk Ventures) is a separate program with its own application, selection, and terms. These Terms do not grant access to the Residency. A Summit ticket does not entitle you to participate in the Residency, and vice versa.
3. Registration and Admission
3.1 Authorized source
The sole authorized source for registering for W3BS 2026 is our official event website, https://www.web3builderssummit.com/, and the official Luma registration pages linked from it. Access credentials obtained from any other source are invalid.
3.2 Free admission, curated entry
W3BS 2026 is free to attend. There are no paid tickets, no ticket fees, and no paid upgrades. However, entry is curated: all registrations are subject to Organizer approval, which may be granted, withheld, revoked, or conditioned at the Organizer's sole discretion.
3.3 Admission tiers
The following admission tiers are offered through the official Luma registration page:
- Residency tier — reserved for Mentors and Founders attending the EMpower Founders Residency.
- Partners tier — reserved for guests from sqrDAO's and the Summit's Partners.
- General tier — open application for builders, founders, researchers, investors, and other members of the Web3 and AI ecosystem.
All three tiers require Organizer approval. Eligibility criteria, tier availability, and approval outcomes are determined at the Organizer's sole discretion. The Organizer may add, modify, or close tiers at any time without notice.
3.4 Side events on May 26 and 27, 2026
Admission to DAVAS Extension side events is free but subject to capacity, any applicable registration requirements, and the rules of the specific session host. A Main Summit approval does not guarantee a seat at any specific side event, and vice versa.
3.5 Revocable license
Your approved registration represents a revocable, non-transferable, personal license to attend the parts of the Summit for which you have been approved. The Organizer may revoke this license at its sole discretion at any time, including for breach of these Terms, the Code of Conduct, or applicable law. No compensation will be owed.
3.6 Non-transferability and misuse
Registrations are issued for personal, non-commercial attendance only. You may not transfer, assign, sell, auction, share, or allow any other person to use your registration or QR code. You may not use any access credential, or the Summit's name, logos, or branding for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent. Any proven breach will result in immediate cancellation of the registration and removal from the venue.
3.7 Identification at entry
On arrival, you must present your registration confirmation together with a valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on the registration. We reserve the right to refuse entry where identification cannot be verified.
3.8 Minimum age
The minimum age to attend the Summit is 18 years. By registering, you confirm that you will have reached the minimum age by the event date.
4. Changes, Cancellation, and Force Majeure
4.1 Changes to the program
The Organizer may change, add, remove, reschedule, or substitute sessions, speakers, venues, side events, or other elements of the Summit program at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Cancellation or rescheduling by the Organizer
If the Summit is canceled, postponed, or rescheduled for any reason, the Organizer's sole obligation is to communicate the change through its official channels. The Organizer is not liable for any travel, accommodation, visa, or other expense incurred. Because the Summit is free to attend, no refund or compensation is owed.
4.3 Force majeure
If the Summit is canceled, postponed, or materially altered due to events outside the Organizer's reasonable control — including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, travel restrictions, acts of terrorism, war, or other force majeure events — the Organizer shall not be liable for any loss or expense arising from such events.
4.4 No entitlement on cancellation or denial of approval
Submission of a registration request does not create any entitlement to attend. If your registration is not approved, revoked, or the Summit is canceled or rescheduled, you will not be entitled to any compensation in respect of travel, accommodation, visa, or any other expense.
5. Code of Conduct
5.1 Our commitment
W3BS 2026 is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all Attendees, Speakers, Partners, staff, and venue personnel, regardless of background, identity, or experience.

5.3 Prohibited behavior
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal, cancellation of the registration, and — where appropriate — referral to the authorities:
- harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or abuse of any kind;
- sexual attention or advances that are unwelcome;
- threats of violence or actual violence;
- possession, use, or distribution of illegal drugs or other prohibited substances;

- lewd, obscene, or disorderly conduct;
- deliberate disruption of sessions, speakers, or other Attendees;
- unauthorized recording or distribution of non-public sessions (including private roundtables, salons, and invite-only dinners);
- any conduct the Organizer considers incompatible with a professional event environment.
5.4 Zero-tolerance policy
W3BS 2026 and sqrDAO operate a zero-tolerance policy towards unauthorized drug use, weapons, and any lewd, obscene, harassing, or violent behavior.
5.5 Reporting
If you experience or witness a breach of this Code, please contact Organizer staff at the venue, or email summit@sqrdao.com. Reports will be treated confidentially to the extent reasonably possible.
6. Media, Recording, and Image Release
6.1 Photography, video, and audio
The Summit will be photographed, filmed, recorded, and live-streamed by the Organizer and its authorized media partners. By attending, you grant the Organizer an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, sub-licensable license to capture, record, edit, reproduce, publish, broadcast, and distribute your name, likeness, voice, image, and any statements you make in public sessions, in any current or future media, for any purpose related to the Summit and the promotion of sqrDAO, DAVAS, and their partners, programs, and successor events.
6.2 Attendee recording
You may take personal photographs and recordings in public sessions for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not record, photograph, or live-stream any session marked as off-the-record, any invitation-only session (including the Welcome Dinner and private roundtables), or any session where no-recording is requested. You may not record or photograph any other Attendee without their consent.
6.3 Social media
Attendees are welcome and encouraged to post about the Summit on social media, subject to sections 6.1 and 6.2 above and the Code of Conduct.
7. Data and Privacy
7.1 Data collection
To register, verify, approve, and admit you to the Summit, we collect information including your name, email address, photograph, date of birth, nationality, identification details, organization, role, and information you provide in your application. You confirm that all information you provide is accurate and current.

Registration is processed through Luma (operated by Luma AI, Inc.), a third-party platform. Your registration data is subject to Luma's terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these Terms.
7.3 Optional wallet connection
During registration, you may be offered the option to connect a crypto wallet. Connecting a wallet is entirely optional and is not a condition of admission. If you connect a wallet, the public wallet address and any publicly visible on-chain information may be used for eligibility review. The Organizer will never request, store, or use private keys, seed phrases, or signing permissions for any transaction.
7.4 Use of information
We process your information for registration review, event administration, security, communications, capacity planning, and other legitimate event-related purposes. Information may be shared with venue operators, co-hosts, service providers, and authorities strictly as needed to run the Summit or comply with applicable law.
7.5 Privacy Policy
Our full processing of personal data is governed by the sqrDAO Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Health, Safety, and Personal Responsibility
8.1 Attendance at your own risk
You attend the Summit at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organizer, its co-hosts, partners, sponsors, venue operators, and their respective officers, employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any personal injury, illness, death, financial loss, or loss, theft, or damage to personal property (including laptops, phones, wallets, hardware wallets, and other devices) occurring before, during, or after the Summit.
8.2 Health and venue rules
You must comply with all health, safety, and security rules of the venue and the Organizer, including any public-health measures that may apply on the Summit dates. If you feel unwell, you are asked not to attend.
8.3 No surcharge claims
You waive any claim for surcharges, ancillary costs, or incidental expenses arising out of or in connection with your attendance.
9. Third-Party Programs and Offers
9.1 W3BS × Laguna Network
The "W3BS × Laguna Network" rewards program — including any VIP-tier upgrades, boosted reward rates, merchant offers, and digital-asset rewards — is a third-party program operated by Laguna Network. The Organizer does not operate, control, guarantee, or endorse the program, and has no responsibility for its availability, terms, reward rates, reward tokens, merchant partners, eligibility requirements, or any dispute arising from it. Your participation is governed solely by Laguna Network's own terms of service and privacy policy. Nothing in this program constitutes financial, investment, or tax advice.
9.2 Other partner offers
Other offers from partners, sponsors, or exhibitors at the Summit are governed by the respective partner's terms. The Organizer is not party to any contract between you and a partner.
9.3 No investment advice
Content presented at the Summit — including keynotes, panels, showcases, debates, demos, and partner booths — is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing presented at the Summit constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or regulatory advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any token, security, or financial product. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.
10. Intellectual Property
The Summit name, logos, marks, website content, agenda, branding, and promotional materials are the property of sqrDAO or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms or in your attendance grants you any right to use them beyond personal, non-commercial reference. Any use of the Summit name, logos, or marks for commercial purposes requires our prior written consent.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published at https://www.web3builderssummit.com/ under the Legal section. Material changes will take effect when posted. Your continued registration or attendance after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Disputes, Governing Law, and Jurisdiction
12.1 Dispute resolution
In case of any dispute between an Attendee and the Organizer concerning a ticket, admission, or these Terms, the Organizer's decision shall, in the first instance, be final. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to an independent third-party arbiter mutually agreed by the parties.
12.2 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
12.3 Jurisdiction
Subject to section 12.1, the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Summit, without prejudice to any mandatory jurisdiction of the Vietnamese courts over the Summit venue in Da Nang.
12.4 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
